Event date requests must be made at least two weeks in advance. We require a deposit to secure your date. A full refund of your deposit will be issued if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your event date. The remainder of your balance will be due on the day of your event.
In case of inclement weather, we will help to reschedule your event date, but no refund will be issued.
Need to cancel?
Not a problem at all. Email us and we’ll be happy to work with you on any scheduling changes.
With less than 48 hours notice, catering cancellations are non-refundable. Outside of that, there’s no penalty. But we appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible so we can prepare. (For custom events, the cancellation notice is 72 hours)
